Quinn, from the N.H. Department of Safety. This award recognizes Commissioner Quinn’s efforts to explore ways to better address mental health and wellness needs for all 1600 Department of Safety employees. He is committed to changing the culture around mental and emotional health and offering assistance, education and support to all who need it. In April of this year, Commissioner Quinn and senior management announced the creation of the Department’s Wellness and Resiliency Program.
