Williams, retired Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and a Lincoln Scholar, gave a lively and engaging presentation – Inside the Mind of Lincoln – on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at UNH Law School. “Celebrating 50 Years” events are designed to raise awareness and decrease stigma about mental illnesses such as severe depression, which President Lincoln is believed to have struggled with throughout his life.
