New Hampshire Recovery Courts are funded through the State of New Hampshire’s Judicial Branch.

The Recovery  Courts program is designed to reduce recidivism and enhance community safety by providing treatment and community supervision to adult participants whose chemical dependence has resulted in criminal behavior and felony charges.

As an alternative to incarceration, this judicially-supervised program reduces crime, restores families, successfully reintegrates participants into the community, and provides participants with the opportunity to promote their recovery.
