Intakes are for adults 18 years and older, and are available during the following days and times: Every Tuesday, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Every Wednesday, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. A wide range of services are available, including: Case management Functional Support Therapy Medication Management Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) InShape – fitness program Illness Management & Recovery (IMR) Supported Employment Housing Supports All intake services take place at our 10 West Street location, in Concord, NH.
